A small privilege becomes visible when you explain why somebody else should manage without it.

REFLECTION
Advantages stay invisible from inside until you have to defend them. Flexible hours, a parking space, the ability to phone a friend who knows the system: none of it feels like privilege while it is simply how your life works. The moment you find yourself explaining why somebody else cannot have the same thing, you are looking straight at it. The justification is the tell.
Notice this week when you start explaining why a rule applies differently to you. Stop mid-sentence and ask whether that reason would satisfy you from the other side.
What advantage of yours sounds unfair when you say it aloud?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
