The product on the highest shelf may be available without being truly within reach.

REFLECTION
Stocking something is not the same as making it obtainable. A jar on the top shelf is available to anyone tall enough, standing unaided, with a free hand and no pain in their shoulder, and unavailable to everybody else, who must either ask or go without. The shop records it as in stock either way. Most exclusion works like this: nothing is refused, the reach is simply set where some people cannot get to it.
Look at the places you arrange and check what sits out of reach of the people who use them. Lowering one thing, or asking who cannot get at it, costs very little.
Where is something offered to you in theory but never in practice?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
