The quiet objection can be easy to miss when agreement has already become convenient.

LEADERSHIP
Once a group is leaning towards a decision, disagreement gets expensive to voice and cheap to overlook. The objection rarely arrives as opposition; it comes as a half-sentence, a question that trails off, a pause before someone says fine. Nobody has to suppress anything for the concern to disappear, because the momentum does the work.
In the next meeting where things seem settled, go back to the person who spoke least and ask directly what they would change. Give the question room, and let the silence after it last longer than feels comfortable.
Whose hesitation did you skip past because the room wanted agreement?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
