A search result can return the words while missing the reason you asked.

Matching words is not the same as meeting a need. A result can be exactly on topic and still useless, because what you were really asking was whether to worry, or which of two things to do, or how someone else handled this at three in the morning. The words were the surface of the question. The reason underneath them rarely fits into a search box.
When an answer leaves you unsatisfied, try writing out the actual question in a full sentence, including why you want to know. Then ask a person rather than a machine, if the sentence turns out to be that kind.
What were you really asking the last time an answer disappointed you?
