A carry-on limit makes priorities physical enough to weigh.

RESILIENCE
Constraint converts opinions into decisions. It is easy to say everything matters until a fixed size forces you to hold two objects and put one back, at which point your actual ranking becomes visible, sometimes surprising you. Weight is honest in a way that intention is not. That is why a limit often clarifies faster than any amount of thinking about what you value.
Apply the same trick somewhere else this week. Give a project a fixed number of hours, or a list a fixed number of lines, and see what you put back when the space runs out.
