The calendar with fewer appointments can hold more deliberate attention to each one.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Attention divides badly. Six things in a day means arriving at each one already thinking about the next, and leaving early enough to be late for the one after, so nobody in the whole sequence gets the version of you that is actually present. Three things done properly is not less; it is a different arithmetic where the quality of each is allowed to be higher.
Look at next week and take one thing out rather than trying to fit everything better. Give the space to whatever is left. The person you meet with an hour of slack around them will notice, even if they never work out why.
What would you decline to give the rest more attention?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
