A message sent after hours can carry pressure even when its sender feels no urgency.

LEADERSHIP
Timing speaks louder than wording. You wrote it at eleven because that was when you had a free half hour, and the person receiving it reads the hour as a signal about expectations, particularly if you are more senior than they are. Your calm gets delivered as their obligation, and nothing in the message itself can fully undo that.
Use a delayed send, or say plainly in the first line that nothing is needed before Monday. If you are the one receiving these, agree with yourself when your day ends and keep to it. Availability that is never stated tends to expand until it is.
When you write to someone late at night, what does the timing say?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
