There are but three classes of men, the retrograde, the stationary, and the progressive.

CREATIVITY
Sort people by direction rather than by position and you learn far more. Where someone currently stands says mostly where they started; which way they are travelling says what they are made of, and it predicts where they will be in ten years. Someone slipping backwards from a high place is a worse bet than someone climbing slowly from a low one.
Ask which of the three you have been over the last year, and be specific about the evidence. Then pick the one measurable thing that would move you a step, and start it this week rather than resolving to be better in general.
Which direction have you been moving for the last year?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
