RESILIENCE
Some things cannot be prevented by any amount of preparation, and effort spent trying to prevent them is effort taken from the risks you could actually reduce. Worry has a way of attaching itself to the dramatic and unlikely rather than the dull and probable. The result is a life carefully armoured against the wrong things.
Write down what you have been anxious about lately and sort it into what you can affect and what you cannot. Put your preparation into the first list. For the second, the honest response is to carry on and accept that some exposure comes with being alive.
What are you bracing for that no preparation could actually prevent?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
