Your old limits deserve periodic reinspection.

Limits get established at a particular moment and then rarely get revisited, even as everything about you changes. You may still be operating on a conclusion drawn when you were younger, less skilled, more tired, or differently supported. The conclusion may have been correct then and simply never updated since.

Once a year, take one thing you know you cannot do and check. Not everything, just one. Some will hold, and the ones that do not will have been quietly costing you options for years.
