Some answers become visible only after commitment changes the environment.

Committing changes the situation you are trying to evaluate. People respond differently to someone who has decided, doors open that were invisible from the outside, and problems you could not have predicted come into view. The environment reorganizes itself around your commitment, and only then can you see the real shape of things.

If you are trying to think your way to an answer that will not come, consider that the answer may be downstream of a commitment you have not made. Make the smallest real commitment that would change your surroundings. Then look again.
