The most glorious moments in your life are not the so-called days of success, but rather those days when out of dejection and despair you feel rise in you a challenge to life, and the promise of future accomplishments.

RESILIENCE
Some high points do not look like high points from the outside. One of them comes on a bad day, when you are low and something in you refuses to stay there and turns quietly toward what might still be built. That turn is easy to miss because nothing has been won yet. Days of success only confirm what already happened; this is the day the thing begins.
When you find yourself flat, watch for the small returning impulse rather than waiting for the mood to lift. Write down the one thing you still want, even if you cannot act on it yet. It will read as evidence later.
Which low point ended with you deciding to keep going?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
