An ugly win still counts. So does an ugly day you got through.

RESILIENCE
Results do not come with style points. A messy performance that finished is worth more than an elegant plan that did not, and the record does not record how it looked. The same applies to days, where getting to the end of a bad one is an actual outcome rather than a failure to have a good one.
Stop grading your days on how they felt and grade them on whether the necessary things got done. On a rough one, list what you managed, even if the list is short. Then start the next one clean.
Did you get through a day that looked nothing like winning?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
