A losing streak is just a string of lessons you haven’t cashed in yet.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Consecutive losses feel like a trend about you and are usually a set of specific, fixable problems repeating. Each one contains information, and the information stays uncollected unless somebody looks at it deliberately. What makes a streak feel hopeless is that it gets experienced as a mood rather than examined as a series.
Go back through the last few and find the thing that shows up more than once, the same mistake, the same moment, the same missing preparation. Fix only that for the next attempt. Streaks tend to break on one correction rather than on a change of attitude.
