Most choices come with an undo button. Quit acting like every one is carved in stone.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Most choices are reversible, and treating them as permanent is what makes them feel unbearable. The wrong class gets dropped, the wrong haircut grows out, the wrong city can be left after a year with nothing gone but some time and some money. Only a short list of things genuinely cannot be taken back, and you usually know which ones those are.
Before you agonize, ask what undoing it would cost. If the answer is a semester or a deposit, decide fast. Save the long careful thinking for the few that truly stick.
Which decision are you treating as permanent when it is not?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
