If you’ve got a real concern, bring it to the person who can fix it, not the people who can only gossip about it.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Complaining to people who cannot change anything feels productive and quietly makes things worse. Every retelling sharpens your version, spreads the story and moves the actual problem not at all, so a week later you are more annoyed and no closer to a fix. It is easier because the person who could fix it is the uncomfortable one to approach.

Count how many people you have told and how many of them could act. Then take it to the one who can, in plain words, with what you want to happen. One awkward conversation usually beats a month of side commentary.
