Church hopping for a better vibe is like changing gyms to avoid working out.

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Moving somewhere new solves the feeling and not the problem, at least when the problem is not wanting to do the work. What changes people is staying somewhere long enough to be known, which is uncomfortable in a way that shopping around never is. There are real reasons to leave a church, and boredom is not usually one of them.

Before you go looking, ask what you are actually avoiding this time. Commit to one thing where you currently are, serving or a group, for three months. Belonging is built by staying, not by arriving somewhere better.
