God won’t force His way into a schedule you’ve packed to the ceiling. Leave Him a gap.

A full schedule is not neutral, it is a set of decisions about what gets to matter. Nothing gets forced into it, which means anything that does not push will simply not be there. God tends not to shout over your calendar or compete with your evening.

Look at the week ahead and put an actual gap in it, written down like anything else. Twenty minutes with nothing in it is enough to start. Protect it the way you would protect a shift you cannot miss.
