Seasons don’t ask permission to change. Neither do you.

Nothing in nature waits for approval before changing, and neither did you at any point so far. Growing out of a friend group, a style or a plan does not require a vote from the people who knew the old one. Explaining yourself over and over usually comes from wanting permission that nobody has the authority to hand out.

Make the next change without an announcement. Start doing it differently and let people adjust at their own speed. Some will and some will not, and it happens either way.
