Jealousy isn’t a character flaw. Letting it make your decisions is.

LEADERSHIP
Jealousy arrives on its own and says almost nothing about the kind of person you are. Everyone feels it, usually about whoever is closest to them, and pretending otherwise just makes it louder. What matters is whether it gets a vote. Let it drive and it will talk you into cooling off a friendship, withholding congratulations, or quietly hoping something goes wrong for someone you like.
When it shows up, name it privately and then do the opposite of what it wants. Send the message. The feeling usually shrinks once it stops being in charge.
Did envy make one of your decisions last month?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
