Great leaders make other people look good in meetings and never mention it afterwards.

Credit is not a fixed quantity, though almost everyone behaves as though it is. Pointing out what somebody else contributed costs you nothing measurable and permanently changes how they hear you. Mentioning afterwards that you did it turns the whole thing into a transaction and undoes most of it. The silence is not modesty, it is the part that makes it real.
Say one person’s name this week in a room where they are being overlooked, and attach it to something specific they did. Then never bring it up with them. If they find out, let them find out from someone else.
Who did you make look good without claiming credit?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
