Your résumé lists what you did. The people around you remember who you were while doing it.

Records keep outcomes. People keep conduct, which is a much longer list: whether you were fair when you were tired, whether you took credit, how you behaved after a loss. Nobody writes that down and everybody remembers it. It also travels, which is how opportunities tend to reach people through someone who once worked with them rather than through a document.
Ask what a teammate or a coworker would say about how you have been this month, not about what you achieved. If the honest answer is not great, a week is enough time to change it. Conduct is one of the few things you can adjust immediately.
How were you to be around during your biggest achievement?
