Something shifts in a private thing the moment it becomes content. You start noticing how it will look, which means part of you is performing it, and the two people involved are no longer the only ones in the room. Attention from outside arrives fast and shallow, and it can quietly stand in for the slower thing you were building. Sharing is fine, it is the automatic part that costs you.

Keep one or two things this month entirely off the record. Not as a secret, just as yours. See whether they feel different when nobody is scoring them.
