Healing at a slow speed still gets there. Nobody asks how fast a broken bone knit.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Healing runs at its own speed and does not take encouragement. Whether it takes six weeks or six months, the process is the same, and the result carries no record of the pace. Impatience adds a second injury, the sense of being behind, which the body knows nothing about. Slow recovery is still recovery.
Stop measuring progress against how long you assumed this would take. Ask instead whether this week differs at all from two weeks ago. Do the small consistent things that help, and let the timeline belong to the body.
What are you rushing to heal from faster than possible?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
