Teach what you know. Your skills stop when you do, but the ones you pass on keep traveling.

LEADERSHIP

WHAT THIS MEANS

Knowledge held by one person has a hard limit and no way past it. Once it is in somebody else it continues without you, gets adapted, and gets handed on again in forms you will never see. Teaching also sharpens the thing being taught, because explaining something exposes every part of it you had not fully understood.

Pick one person and one thing you know well. Show them properly rather than mentioning it, which usually means doing it together once. You need only be further along than they are, which is a lower bar than it sounds.
