Exhaustion does not make every responsibility disappear, but it changes how wisely you can carry them.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Being tired does not lift your obligations, and pretending otherwise would be unkind advice. What changes is the quality of judgment you bring to them. The same responsibilities get handled more roughly, with less patience and more error, and the people involved feel the difference even when the tasks get done. Fatigue is not an excuse and it is a real factor.
When you cannot reduce the load, reduce what you attempt inside it. Do the essential parts well and let the rest be adequate. Choosing where the tiredness lands is better than letting it spread evenly.
Which responsibility do you handle worst when you are depleted?
