The piece that scares you a little to post is usually the one people remember.

Fear of posting is usually proportional to how much of you is visible in the work. The safe pieces are safe because they reveal a technique rather than a person, and technique is forgettable. What makes you hesitate is exactly what a stranger will stop scrolling for.

Take the one you keep not posting and set a time to put it up. Do not add a caption that explains or apologizes. Watch what comes back, and notice how the response differs from the response to the work you were comfortable sharing.
