Be the kind of Christian who makes the room better, not the one everybody braces for.

LEADERSHIP

WHAT THIS MEANS

Belief shows up in a room as atmosphere before it shows up as content. People can tell within minutes whether your presence makes things easier or whether they need to be careful around you, and that impression is formed by tone, humor, and how you handle disagreement, not by what you claim. Being right has never made anyone safe to be near.

Aim to be the person others relax around this week. Listen longer, judge out loud less, be warm to the person nobody is talking to. Let the reputation be built from that.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What do people feel when you join the room?
