Limited time forces honesty about what matters more.

REFLECTION
If time were unlimited, you could avoid ranking anything and simply intend to get to it all eventually. The limit is what forces the truth out, since what you actually do with your finite hours reveals your priorities more accurately than what you say about them. That honesty is uncomfortable and it is also the useful part.
Look at where last month’s time actually went and treat it as a statement of your values. Where it disagrees with what you claim to care about, change one of the two.
If you only had one free evening, who would get it?
