RESILIENCE
Both sentences take a fixed fact and use it to close a question nobody has actually examined. What they share is the relief of not having to try, dressed up as realism about timing. Age genuinely restricts a small number of things and gets blamed for a great many more. If the same person would find another reason at a different age, the age was never the reason.
Take whatever you keep deferring and ask what the real obstacle is once the number is removed. Name that instead, and do the first small piece of it this week.
