You’re not your 2019 posts. Screenshots freeze a moment; they don’t freeze a person.

A record of what you said once is evidence about that day and nothing more, though it gets presented as a permanent statement about who you are. People change, and the person who wrote it had less information and fewer years. Taking responsibility for something old is reasonable; accepting it as a fixed description is not. A still image cannot show movement.

If something old resurfaces, say plainly what you think now and what changed your mind. Then stop arguing about the old version. You are not required to defend somebody you no longer are.
