A broken bone can heal back thicker at the break. Not everything fractured comes back weaker.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Repair sometimes leaves a thing stronger where it failed, though that is not a rule and not something to hand someone mid-injury. What is true is that a break is not automatically a permanent reduction, and the part that got tested can end up being the part you trust most. The healing takes its own time and cannot be hurried by wanting it.

If something in your life has recently given way, let the first job be rest rather than meaning. Later, when you can, look for what you now know that you did not know before. Some of it will turn out to be load-bearing.
