Some flowers open in April, some in August. August flowers aren’t failed April ones.

Different timelines are not different rankings. Two people can arrive at the same place years apart with neither of them having done anything wrong, because the schedule depends on conditions, on starting point, and on what the thing itself requires. Lateness is a comparison, not a quality.

When you catch yourself measuring against someone who got there first, check whether you are comparing outcomes or only dates. Bring your attention back to what your own next stage actually needs. Arriving in your own season still counts as arriving.
