Self-knowledge is armor you build in private and wear in public. Nobody sees the forge.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Knowing your own patterns looks like nothing from the outside, which is why it gets skipped in favour of things that show. The work happens in unglamorous places: reviewing a bad conversation honestly, admitting what you avoided, noticing what you did with a compliment. What people meet later is the steadiness that came out of it, never the process that made it.
Do one piece of that private work this week and tell nobody. Look at a moment you handled badly and name what actually happened. The point is not confession, it is knowing yourself well enough to be harder to knock over.
What private work of yours is holding you up in public?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
