Interview yourself like a podcast guest: what are you proud of, what are you dodging, what’s next?

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Sitting yourself down with real questions is different from thinking in loops, because a question wants an answer and a loop does not. Asked directly, the awkward ones get harder to slide past: what are you dodging, what are you pretending not to know, what would you say if nobody graded the reply. Something about the format keeps you honest.

Take three questions and answer them out loud or on paper, in full sentences, once this month. Leave the answers untidy. The one that makes you want to change the subject deserves the longest sit.
