“Self-made” usually means “forgot to list the credits.”

Nothing gets built on one person’s effort alone, and the story of the solo climb usually survives by leaving people out. Some of what carried you was deliberate help, and some was the quiet absence of an obstacle other people had to face. Neither fact takes anything away from the work you did. It only means the ledger runs longer than one name.

Write down five people who made a difference, and be specific about what they did. Then tell one of them, not as a speech, just a sentence. Said out loud, it lands differently than felt privately.
