A weak spot you know about is way less dangerous than one you pretend isn’t there.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A flaw you can name is already half managed. You can plan around it, warn someone about it, ask for help with it, or train it quietly. The one you refuse to look at keeps its full power, and it tends to appear at the worst possible moment because you have never rehearsed what to do when it does.
Name one weakness you have been working around rather than admitting. Say it out loud to one person who will not use it against you. Then pick the smallest thing that would make it less dangerous and do that this week, rather than fixing the whole of it.
Which weakness of yours have you stopped pretending about?
