Everyone hits a wall. The ones who get past it usually asked someone how they got past theirs.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Walls are normal and nearly identical from person to person, which means somebody has already been exactly where you are stuck. Most people treat the wall as private, work harder at the same approach, and lose months that way. People who clear it have generally found out how somebody else did, which costs one slightly awkward conversation.

Think of somebody who got past the thing you are stuck on and ask what they changed. Keep the question specific and small, since that is far easier to answer than a request for general wisdom. If you know nobody, ask a teacher or a coach who they would ask.
