When you can’t fix the whole problem, fix the next ten minutes.

RESILIENCE
Big problems freeze you because they ask for a solution you do not have yet, and the mind treats that gap as a reason to do nothing. Ten minutes is a size you can actually handle. It will not solve the thing by itself, but it changes your state, and a problem looks different to someone who has just moved. Most progress is made of pieces this small.
Pick the nearest ten-minute version of whatever is stuck: one page of the reading, one shelf, one message sent. Set a timer so the end is defined. When it rings you can stop or keep going, and both are fine.
What could you fix in the next ten minutes instead?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
