You will outgrow rooms that once felt like destinations.

Some places that once felt like the destination become too small, and the change is usually gradual enough that you notice it late. The job you wanted, the group you worked to be part of, the level you were aiming at, all of them can stop fitting. That is not ingratitude toward what they gave you. It is just what happens when you keep developing.

If a room you once wanted to be in now feels small, take that seriously rather than dismissing it. Ask what the next room would require. Leaving well matters, since the people in it helped you get here.
