A brave idea pitched badly still beats a safe idea nobody remembers. Work on the pitch next time.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Memorability lives in the idea, and delivery is a skill with a known path to getting better. A safe idea delivered smoothly leaves the room empty, and a week later nobody can tell you what it was. The order matters: find something worth saying first, then learn how to say it, because the reverse produces polished people with nothing in their hands.

After the next pitch, write down the one thing you would change about the delivery, not about the idea. Keep the ambition where it is and fix the mechanics underneath it.
