Telling the truth when a lie would be easier is a form of worship nobody films.

The moment you choose not to lie has no audience. There is no footage of you telling your manager it was your mistake, or telling your parents where you actually were, and that is exactly what makes it count. Honesty in public is partly performance; honesty when a lie would be clean and undetectable is just you deciding who you are. The cost is real and the credit is invisible.
Tell one unflattering truth this week that you could easily have avoided. Small is fine. The point is to feel what it costs and do it anyway.
Did telling the truth cost you something nobody ever saw?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
