A small group where people admit things is worth ten big rooms where everybody’s fine.

Size is the wrong measure for a room. A small group where somebody finally says the true thing out loud does more in an hour than a packed hall where everybody reports being fine. Admission is what makes a room useful, and admission only happens when it has been made survivable by somebody going first. Most groups never get there because everybody is waiting for somebody else to start.
Go first this week in whichever group you are already in. Say the smaller version of the hard thing if that is all you can manage. Then let it be quiet.
Where can you say you are not fine and be believed?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
