You’ll cringe at some of your current opinions in five years. That’s the plan, not a problem.

Expect your current views to date. You are reasoning with the information and experience you have now, which is less than you will have later, so some of what you are confident about today will look thin to you in five years. That is what learning looks like from the inside. Holding the same opinions at thirty that you hold now would be the worse outcome.

So hold them as your best current guess rather than as part of your identity. Name one thing you are genuinely unsure about and say so out loud.
