Nobody learns to swim by reading about it. At some point, you have to get your face wet.

Reading about something gives you the map, and a map teaches your body nothing. Some knowledge only arrives through contact: the cold, the small panic, the moment you find out your arms work. Preparation past a certain point turns into a comfortable way of not starting.
Find the thing you have been researching instead of doing, and do the smallest unmistakably real version of it this week. One lap, one call, one attempt in front of one person. You can go back to reading afterwards, and it will mean more.
Which first attempt are you still reading your way around?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
