Growth is uneven. You can be grown in one area and twelve years old in another. Most adults are.

Maturity does not arrive as a single block. You can be steady about money and hopeless in an argument, careful at work and childish with your family, and both live together without contradiction, because each area only develops where it has been practised. The uneven pattern is normal and close to universal.
Instead of asking whether you are grown up, pick the area where you are furthest behind and work on that one. Conflict, money, apologies, asking for help, cleaning up after yourself. One of those for a month beats a general campaign to be better.
