Privacy becomes valuable when constant visibility starts influencing behavior.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
The clearest sign that visibility has become too much is when it starts editing you. You choose the meal that photographs well, hold an opinion because of who is watching, avoid a thing you would enjoy because of how it would look. At that point the audience is making your decisions. Privacy is what returns the choices to you.
Notice one behavior this week that you would do differently if nobody could see. Then do the private version once. The relief usually indicates how much of your life has been under observation.
What do you do differently when you know you are seen?
