Groups quietly sort themselves into people who can be wrong without losing standing and people who cannot. Nobody votes on it. It shows up in who gets teased for a bad pass and who gets a shrug. When only some people are safe to be wrong, the rest start hiding small mistakes until they become big ones.
Watch your group this week for who goes quiet after a mistake. If someone newer messes up, be the first to say you have done the same thing. Keep the joke off whoever is already embarrassed.
On your team, who never seems allowed to be wrong?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
