Leaving somewhere does not erase what that place taught you.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

What a place gave you does not stay behind when you go. The skills, the tolerance for a certain kind of weather or a certain kind of person, the way it taught you to see. All of that comes with you and shows up in how you handle the next place.

If you left somewhere hard, look for what it built in you rather than only what it cost. That is not a demand to be grateful for difficulty. It is just an accurate accounting of what you are carrying forward.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What did a place you left teach you that you still use?
