Ask yourself what you’d do this weekend if no one would ever find out. Then ask why you’re not doing it.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Taking the audience out of a plan shows you how much of it was ever for you. If what you would do with an unobserved weekend looks nothing like what you have actually arranged, then a fair share of the arrangement is being made for other people’s benefit. Whatever is stopping you from doing the other thing is usually worth hearing out loud.
Answer the question honestly for this coming weekend and write the answer down. Then do one piece of it, small enough to fit between everything else. See whether what you expected to happen actually did.
